An active property manager, Cornerstone maintains direct contact with our properties and tenants to ensure continued financial health and prosperity. As a result, a number of properties have been under Cornerstone ownership and management for more than two decades, many with the same tenants.
By managing all aspects of our portfolio in house, we are able to stay focused on the critical details that will maintain and improve the properties on a long-term basis. Cornerstone continues to pursue managed growth, selectively purchasing parcels of land and properties while we enhance existing holdings to increase their value.
