In July, 2023 Cornerstone Properties became the management company of Kings Highway Realty in Fairfield, CT. The shopping center is anchored by a Stop & Shop and is conveniently located by Black Rock Turnpike and Route 1.

In addition to the grocery store, the center is also home to Planet Fitness, Nutmeg Bowl which includes Our Backyard Playplace, Fairfield County Bank, and Apsara Nails.

We look forward to working with the tenants and maintaining the fully leased property.

BHNV 231
Cornerstone is happy to welcome OneWell of CT to our office building at BHNV 231.  OneWell is expanding to Connecticut after having opened several offices in PA and NJ. OneWell provides services such as in-home support for individuals with disabilities and people with Autism.

Additionally, New England Men’s Health (NEMH, LLC) is joining us at BHNV 231. The medical practice focused on men’s health is expanding in Connecticut and we look forward to welcoming them in the fall.
